1. GORE-TEX
The highly acclaimed GORE-Tex has a very high performance in both waterproof and breathable aspects, so it is the best choice for making top-level jackets. Gore-Tex itself is a very thin layer of expanded polytetrafluoroethylene film ePTFE (expanded Poly-Tetra-Fluoro-Ethylene), which is placed on the fabric in a sandwich manner. It is characterized by 1.4 billion small holes per square inch, each of which is only one 20,000th the size of a water droplet, but 700 times larger than a water vapor molecule, so it only allows water vapor to pass through but not water droplets. The waterproof degree is as high as 45,000mm water pressure, and the breathability is as high as 13,500g/m2/24hrs, so it has excellent waterproof and breathable functions. Because the fabric used by mont-bell is lighter and more breathable than other companies, its breathability is also higher than other companies' products.

2. Dry-Tec waterproof breathable membrane
For those who require extreme lightness, Dry-Tec waterproof fabric is a good choice. Its waterproofness is as high as 30,000mm water pressure, which is similar to Gore-Tex. It also has a breathability of up to 6,000g//24hrs, and its weight is 1/3 lighter than Gore-Tex, and its folded volume is nearly half. Its secret is the technology of mixing PolyUrethane (polyurethane) and Ceramic (siliconized carbon), and synthesized with a three-layer structure. The bottom layer is a very tough film, which is used to combine the fabric and resist water pressure. The micropores are only 0.1mm in size. The center is a highly breathable layer with larger micropores (5-10mm). The last layer is a thin and wear-resistant protective film containing siliconized carbon, with a micropore size of 5mm. This unique structure makes Dry-Tec have extraordinary waterproof and breathable performance, while being lighter in weight. Other advantages of Dry-Tec include: very small folded volume and very washable and wear-resistant, which is very suitable for the needs of active sports people. (1mm is 1/1000mm)

3. HydroBreeze-PXTM
HydroBreeze waterproof fabric is made from the renowned Hydropro waterproof membrane, which contains 0.1mm breathable micropores. Similarly, the size of the micropores can only allow sweat to pass through but can block water droplets. The waterproof degree is as high as 20,000mm water pressure, and the air permeability is also good at 4000g//24hrs, which is more refreshing than ordinary waterproof raincoats. In addition, it is lighter and softer than other waterproof fabrics. HydroBreeze is quite washable and can still maintain a waterproof degree of 15,000mm water pressure after washing 20 times. The new generation of HydroBreeze-PX is more wear-resistant and fold-resistant than before, making it the best choice for making heavyweight windproof and rainproof clothing. (1mm is 1/1000mm)

4. GoreDryLoft
GoreDryLoft is a fabric developed by WLGore of the United States for down jackets using the technology of Gore-Tex fabrics. Gore researchers found that the fabric of down jackets needs to have extremely high air permeability so that the sweat discharged by the human body can be discharged quickly and will not be absorbed by the down and cause the down to tangle; on the other hand, it must also be able to withstand strong winds and snowstorms. DryLoft was developed for this requirement. It has a stronger breathability than ordinary Gore-Tex fabrics, but it can withstand strong winds of up to 32km/h, and has extremely high water repellency to keep out snow. (Since it only snows and not rains in severe cold, all DryLoft jackets will not have rainproof tape on their seams.)

5. Exceloft microfiber insulation
Cotton Compared with down, chemical fiber's warmth retention ability is slightly inferior, but it is more moisture-resistant than down, and the price is also more affordable. Exceloft is composed of 8-denier spunbond and 0.8-denier microfiber. The spunbond makes it more elastic, and the surface tension of the microfiber can fully hold the air for warmth. In addition, it uses a folding method to make cotton, which is different from the general winding method. This can make its elasticity and pressure resistance better, and its warmth retention ability is better than that of ordinary spunbond insulation cotton.

6. 3MThinsulate ultra-thin thermal insulation foam
This is an ultra-thin thermal insulation foam produced by 3M, USA. It is made of Olefin fibers that are only a fraction of the size of a hair. Its thermal insulation principle is to use the surface tension of the microfiber surface to fully grasp the air molecules, making its thermal insulation ability much higher than that of thicker down or wadding. It is mainly used in outdoor thermal insulation jackets that require lightness.

7. ClimaproTM
Climapro is a windproof fleece lining. The old windproof fleece lining uses a windproof membrane sandwich structure, which makes the fleece stiff and uncomfortable. However, Climapro uses a layer of tightly woven base fabric as a windproof layer, which can withstand more than 95% of strong winds, while keeping the fabric soft and breathable. Climapro uses an inner and outer long and short fur structure. The inner long fur can quickly absorb sweat, while the outer short fur helps to quickly spread sweat on the surface, so that the sweat can dry faster. In addition, the surface layer of Climapro is treated with water repellent, which makes it difficult for rain and snow to penetrate, and the thermal insulation effect is further improved.

8. ClimalightTM
Lightweight windproof and thermal insulation material, it uses a two-layer structure, the surface layer is a thin 45D nylon silk, which has the function of windproof and water repellent, and the inner layer is a soft polyester fiber plush cloth, which can absorb sweat while keeping warm, so that the body is always dry. It is mainly used for lightweight outerwear and gloves.

9. ChameeceTM ultra-thin fleece lining
Chameece ultra-thin fleece lining uses the latest microfiber technology, the yarn is only 1/6 the size of a hair, woven with a tight weaving method, and deodorized. It is thin and soft, more windproof than other thick fleece linings, small in folding volume, and the warmth retention is not inferior to thick fleece linings. It has a wide range of uses and can be used as underwear, shirts or jackets. The name Chameece is a combination of the two words Chamois (soft lamb skin) and Fleece.

10. Wickron Super Sweat-Carrying Fiber
Wickron means fast sweat absorption. Its groove pattern has a water-carrying effect like a micro-tube. When spinning the yarn, it is mixed with round fibers to make it softer and more tear-resistant. The overall sweat-carrying effect is several times greater than that of ordinary synthetic fibers, while still maintaining the advantage of quick drying of synthetic fibers. After washing, it will be completely dry after hanging it in the air for 1-2 hours, without the disadvantage of cotton being difficult to dry.

11.ZEO-LINE3D

Uses a unique double-layer weaving method. The outer layer is made of smoother and more wear-resistant polyester fiber yarn to reduce the formation of lint. The inner layer is soft and plush fiber to enhance sweat absorption. The distance between the two layers of fiber is specially expanded when weaving, leaving a large space between the two layers. After being absorbed by the fibers of the inner layer, the sweat will quickly diffuse in this large space and then evaporate on the surface layer. Therefore, it has a greater sweat-absorbing and quick-drying function than other fabrics. In addition, this unique structure also makes its texture softer and more comfortable. The inner layer is further treated with antibacterial and anti-odor treatment, making it one of the highest-performance outdoor T-shirt materials on the world market.

12. Oxford/OxfordLight
Oxford is an Oxford cloth woven from nylon yarn with a loose surface, and then treated with SR super water-repellent to make a super cloth that is as soft and refreshing as cotton, but quick-drying, wear-resistant and mildew-resistant. OxfordDry means quick-drying Oxford cloth. In addition to shorts, OxfordDry is also used to make lightweight windproof jackets and outdoor hats.
In addition to being quick-drying and wear-resistant, OxfordDry has other advantages:

1) No odor absorption: Even if you wear it for several days in a row, there will be no odor.
2) Anti-fouling: OxfordDry is an inert material, and any stains are not easy to adhere to, and it is very easy to clean.
3) Durable: OxfordDry itself is very wear-resistant, tear-resistant, and washable, and is several times more durable than ordinary cotton cloth.
OxfordLight is a lightweight version of OxfordDry, with the same advantages as OxfordDry but lighter and more refreshing.

13. BisurfaceStretch Elastic Hiking Pants Material
BisurfaceStretch is woven using a double-layer weaving method. The surface layer is woven with nylon in a tightly woven method, and polyurethane fiber (PU) is mixed in to enhance elasticity, making it wear-resistant and water-repellent. It has extremely strong elasticity, so that the wearer will never feel restrained. The inner layer is a semi-towel-like surface layer woven with polyester fiber, and it is treated with sweat to enhance the functions of sweat absorption and breathability. It has the advantages of being soft and elastic like knitted fabrics, but it is more wear-resistant and tear-resistant than ordinary knitted fabrics. It also has the advantages of being windproof, water-repellent, sweat-absorbent, quick-drying, etc. It will not be deformed after being worn or washed for a long time, making it the best material for making technical outdoor pants.

14. AlpineStretch Elastic Hiking Pants Material
AlpineStretch is a mixture of polyester and nylon and woven using a double-layer weaving method. The outer layer is a blend of nylon and polyester, which is elastic and wear-resistant; the inner layer is a semi-towel-like surface layer woven from polyester fibers to enhance the sweat-absorbing and sweat-carrying functions. Due to the combination of the advantages of nylon and polyester fibers, it is soft, comfortable, moderately elastic, and more wear-resistant than other knitted fabrics. It is refreshing and sweat-carrying, but it does not have the disadvantage of cotton fabrics being difficult to dry after absorbing sweat. It will not be deformed after being worn or washed for a long time, and it is lighter than ordinary sports pants or jeans, making it the best choice for people who are active in the mountains.

15. ZEO-LINE Super Sweat-Removing Underwear Fiber
